Ownership and licensing terms

• If Layer Ops generates 3D content from your prompt, uploaded photo, or other generation input, you keep any rights you already have in the source image or input. Layer Ops receives a license to keep, modify, print, reprint, market, display, distribute, and resell the generated 3D files and related physical products unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
• If you submit your own STL/model, logo, artwork, image, or design for laser engraving, apparel, printing, or fabrication, that submitted work remains yours. Layer Ops only gets the limited rights needed to host, process, prepare, make, fulfill, support, and document your request.
• For customer-provided designs and files, Layer Ops may advertise with photos or video of the finished piece, but may not reproduce, sell, reuse, or make additional products from your submitted design/file except to complete the order, perform an approved remake/reorder, or with your specific written consent.

If you use Layer Ops to generate 3D content from text prompts, uploaded photos, or other generation inputs, you keep any rights you already have in the source image, prompt, or input.

For the generated 3D files and related physical products created through the platform, you grant Layer Ops a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, modify for printability, print, reprint, display, market, distribute, and sell those generated outputs unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

That generated-output license does not transfer ownership of your separately uploaded source image, artwork, or model file.

If you upload or provide your own image, artwork, STL/model, logo, shirt design, engraving design, or other file to Layer Ops, that submitted work remains yours as between you and Layer Ops.

For customer-provided designs and files, you grant Layer Ops only the limited rights needed to store, process, prepare, make, fulfill, support, and document your order or requested service.

Layer Ops may use photos or video of the finished engraved, printed, apparel, or fabricated piece for portfolio and advertising.

Layer Ops may not reproduce, sell, reuse, or make additional products from your submitted design/file except to complete the order, perform an approved remake or reorder, or with your specific written consent.

Subject to your rights in the underlying file or design, you may sell the physical copies printed through Layer Ops from models or designs that you provided yourself.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload, generate, print, or sell any content you submit to the platform.

Layer Ops may reject or remove content that appears infringing, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise violates platform policy.
