Ownership and licensing terms

• For 3D content generated on this platform, you grant Layer Ops a license to print, reprint, market, display, and resell those generated files and related physical products.
• If you upload your own 3D model files, those uploaded models remain yours. Layer Ops only gets the limited rights needed to host, process, print, and fulfill your order.
• For models you upload yourself, you are permitted to sell the physical copies printed through the service, subject to your rights in the underlying model.

If you use Layer Ops to generate 3D content from text prompts, uploaded photos, or other generation inputs, you grant Layer Ops a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify for printability, print, reprint, display, market, distribute, and sell the generated 3D files and related physical products.

That license applies to the generated outputs created through the platform. It does not transfer ownership of your separately uploaded model files.

If you upload your own 3D model files to Layer Ops, those uploaded models remain yours as between you and Layer Ops.

For uploaded models, you grant Layer Ops only the limited rights needed to store, process, prepare, print, and fulfill your order or requested service.

Subject to your rights in the underlying model, you may sell the physical copies printed through Layer Ops from models that you uploaded yourself.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload, generate, print, or sell any content you submit to the platform.

Layer Ops may reject or remove content that appears infringing, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise violates platform policy.
