Custom and team requests

Sending a request is an inquiry, not a purchase or a promise that a design can be made. We will discuss feasibility, quantity, price, delivery or pickup, and timing with you before accepting custom work. Catalog production times do not automatically apply to a custom project.

Only submit images or designs you are authorized to share and have us use for the proposed work. You permit LayerOPS to review them and communicate with you about the request. We will agree on any production use before work begins. We do not receive ownership of your artwork or permission to publish it just because you send an inquiry.

Shopping with LayerOPS

These terms apply to purchases of physical products from LayerOPS Inc. through this shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping policy shown before payment. You must be an adult legally able to enter the purchase agreement, or act with a parent or guardian who places the order.

Products and availability

Listings are for finished physical 3D prints. Digital model files, design rights, and reproduction licenses are not included unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Photos show the products; colors may look different on your screen.

We may correct listing errors and limit or decline orders that cannot be fulfilled. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and arrange an agreed alternative or refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute an item or increase a paid price without your agreement.

Prices, payment, and delivery

Prices are in US dollars. The order process shows the merchandise and delivery charges before payment; applicable tax is shown on the payment page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Check your order and delivery address carefully before paying, and contact us promptly if something is incorrect.

Shipping charges, dispatch times, and delivery limitations are described in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will seek your agreement to a delay or provide cancellation and refund options as required by law.

Care and appropriate use

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, our products are decorative items, not safety equipment, food-contact items, or products intended for young children. Small parts may present a choking hazard. Keep prints away from high heat and open flames, handle joints gently, and follow any product-specific care information.

Descriptions do not replace any warnings or consumer protections required by law. Contact us if a product arrives damaged, appears unsafe, or is different from what you ordered.

Content and design ownership

The purchase of a physical piece does not transfer ownership of the underlying model, artwork, brand, or website content. Those rights remain with their respective owners. Customer-provided artwork or files remain yours as between you and LayerOPS. Any separate custom-design work requires a written agreement defining use and ownership; shopping here does not grant LayerOPS a broad license to reproduce or resell your designs.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the shop, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or automate activity that overloads the site or payment services. We may restrict abusive traffic and refuse transactions we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful.

Questions and disputes

Please contact LayerOPS with order problems so we can try to resolve them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Applicable law governs any unresolved dispute.

Changes and contact

The terms presented when you place your order apply to that order. We may change these terms for future purchases. Use the contact page for order support, policy questions, or privacy requests.
