What we collect

LayerOPS Inc. operates this shop. When you ask a question or place an order, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email, delivery address, selected products, quantity, and message. We do not offer customer accounts on this site.

Our hosting and payment providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, request times, and security logs to operate the site, deliver payments, and prevent abuse. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive information in a support message.

Orders and payments

We use your order information to calculate delivery charges, process payment, arrange delivery, provide receipts and support, and meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page. LayerOPS does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Your contact, shipping, order, and payment-status information is stored with Stripe and may be accessed by LayerOPS to fulfill and support your order. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver your parcel. Payment and delivery providers process information under their applicable privacy notices and legal obligations.

Messages and business records

Custom and team requests may include reference images, project details, organization names, quantities, and desired dates. We use them to discuss feasibility, prepare a quote, and arrange agreed work. Images are resized and re-encoded to remove embedded location metadata before being emailed to our private operations mailbox. They are not published in the catalog or used to train an AI model by this website.

Support messages are emailed to our operations mailbox. The website does not save support-form submissions to a separate customer database, but copies remain in our email systems and may be retained as business correspondence. Do not include more personal information than we need to help you.

We retain order, payment, tax, support, and security records for as long as needed for their stated purposes, applicable legal obligations, or disputes. Providers and backups may have different retention schedules. Contact us to ask about a particular record.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, product interest, and steps in the ordering process. We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings on the collection page. These tools may process device information, interactions, page views, and identifiers. Google and Microsoft may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their privacy notices.

We do not load optional analytics until you allow them. We do not record the payment page or support forms in Clarity. Names, delivery addresses, email addresses, card details, and free-text messages are not included in our custom analytics events. Product and payment-confirmed purchase events contain order values and product information, not your contact details.

You can change your choice using Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by leaving optional analytics off. Refusing analytics does not prevent shopping. We do not enable advertising personalization or advertising integrations through these tools.

Essential storage

We use essential browser storage to remember your cart and privacy choice and securely connect a payment confirmation to the browser that started an order. Vercel BotID performs essential browser checks to help prevent automated abuse of order and request forms. Stripe may use its own essential payment, security, and fraud-prevention technologies. These are separate from optional visit analytics.

Sharing and service providers

We use Vercel for hosting and site protection, Stripe for payments and order records, email services for correspondence, and carriers for delivery. Optional analytics providers are Google, Microsoft, and Vercel. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where these providers operate.

We do not sell customer contact or order information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or support a business transfer subject to applicable law. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.

Your choices and rights

Use our contact page to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or to ask a privacy question. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. We do not require you to create an account to make a request.

Security and children

We use safeguards intended to protect information in transit and limit abusive access. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our shop is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Updates

We may update this notice as our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
