Where we deliver

We ship from Arlington, Washington, to street addresses in the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military addresses, PO boxes, or international delivery, contact us before ordering. Pickup is available only if separately arranged with us.

Made for you, then on its way

Please allow up to 5 business days after payment for us to make and dispatch your print. After dispatch, allow up to 14 calendar days for standard delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you to agree on a delay or offer cancellation and a refund as required by law. Carrier delays may affect arrival dates. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the delivery window.

Your delivery charge

Enter your ZIP code and quantity on the product page to see shipping before payment. Charges reflect distance from our Arlington shop and the protective packaging needed for your print. This is our shop’s standard delivery charge, not a live quote from a particular carrier.

Small prints start at $12.95 per item for nearby delivery; the Bear and Vase start at $15.95 per item. Charges increase for more distant destinations. Each piece is priced with its own protective parcel. We may combine packaging where suitable, without increasing the charge already shown. The final amount is shown before you pay.

Something not quite right?

Contact us if your print arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, or you have another order concern. Include your order reference and a short description of the problem. We review each request individually and will work with you on an appropriate resolution. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
